Beer-Sriracha Braised Turkey + Cheddar Sammy
- Thin sliced turkey
- 3-4 Baby carrots
- Beer from keg
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- Sourdough English muffin
- Strawberry jam
- Sliced medium cheddar
1. Add turkey, Sriracha sauce and baby carrots to a mason jar.
2. Fill beer in until turkey is submerged.
3. Bake in toaster oven (on Convection Bake setting) for 2-3 hours.
4. Toast split muffin with cheese on one side until melted.
5. Spread strawberry jam on muffin side without cheese.
6. Add turkey to sandwich.
